Anne Klibanski is the Laurie Carrol Guthart Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and serves as the Chief Academic Officer at Partners HealthCare and the Academic Dean for Partners HealthCare at Harvard Medical School. She is a recognized expert in the field of translational research focusing on rare diseases. As Chief Academic Officer at Partners HealthCare, she oversees research and education throughout the system. Her management responsibilities include personalized medicine, Clinical Trials Office, Partner’s commercialization and venture arm, research computing and research subject protection. The author of more than 350 peer-reviewed manuscripts, and a practicing clinician at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), she directs the Neuroendocrine Center. Dr. Klibanski is recognized nationally for her many clinical, research, management and mentoring achievements. Among many honors, she is an elected member of the Association of American Physicians and the American Society of Clinical Investigation; recipient of the Clinical Endocrinology Trust Medal – British Endocrine Society and the Endocrine Society Clinical Investigator Award. She also serves on the MGH General Executive Committee, the Scientific Advisory Board of Crinetics and the Board of Partners International. Dr. Klibanski received her B.A., magna cum laude with honors in literature from Barnard College and her M.D. from New York University Medical Center.
