Jan Mattsson, PhD, has plus 20 years of experience in the drug industry. He has extensive experience in molecular pharmacology as well as a broad, in depth knowledge of the gastrointestinal (GI) area. In the past he has been responsible for drug discovery and early development activities in various GI disease areas and also in osteoporosis. He has a track record of success including the delivery of  a number of candidate drugs and lead optimisation projects spanning several indications.
