EASL Selects Albireo’s A4250 Data for Late Breaker Presentation

BOSTON — April 5, 2017 — Albireo Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALBO), a clinical-stage orphan pediatric liver disease company developing novel bile acid modulators, today announced that clinical data from the ongoing Phase 2 study of its lead product candidate A4250 in children with cholestatic liver disease has been selected by the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL) for an oral presentation during the late breaker session at The International Liver Congress™ (ILC) 2017 being held April 19-23, 2017, at the RAI Amsterdam in Amsterdam.
